REASONS WHY GOSPEL IS GOOD NEWS

 





God is simple in His on way. All that is in God is good. John says, “ God is light”. In the creation God looked from Heaven sees that darkness was so heaved and  He command light, and light separate from darkness  in  (1John 1:5).  No dark cave or shadow exist God exist.  Anything said about  God’s  nature is God,  God is loving.

What God promised

God created the world , He then created  humanity in His own image. And He aimed to unite humanity to his divinity through the incarnation of divinity (John 1:1, 14).  Through Abraham we learn that God will bless the nations offspring. While the signs and shadows of the blessing and offspring  made their  way Israel’s history, we learn of the reality to which these promises pointed through the incarnate word. The goal is to bring humanity into communion with God. (John17:11). The promise of God in not only telling us where we come from but also where we are going. In the Old Testament, God promised Abraham  the land so that he and  his family may learn to rest in God’s promises.  

In summary, God has promised to send his Son into the world to defeat the serpent, to bestow the Spirit on us to perfect his work, and to ushers us into the rest of His heavenly city.

  “ H ow do we know that the New Testament is reliable? How do we know that we can trust the words that we have there? Well, there's a number of ways to answer that question, but one of the most helpful things we can do is look at it through the lens of textual criticism, and looking at the manuscripts that we have, and we can see how these foster a sense of the confidence that we can have in Scripture.
